Shipping Policy
Available Shipping Options:
You may choose to have your purchases shipped to your home, your place of business, or to our clinic (Meridian Veterinary Clinic) for pickup during regular business hours. Please allow 1-2 business days for both pick-up and shipped orders.
Out-of-province or international shipping is not available.
At home delivery is not available for rural addresses or P.O. Boxes
IMPORTANT NOTE: It is possible that Purolator may not leave packages at an address if there is nobody to sign for the receival of the package, unless the following conditions are met. If you know that you will not be home to sign for the package, you can do one of the following to ensure there are no problems with the drop off of your package: 1. Fill out this form (https://www.purolator.com/assets/pdf/forms/SNR_single.pdf), and attach it visibly on or near your door stating your name, signature, date, address, tracking number as a request to leave the package at your door. The purolator driver will take this letter as proof of consent to leave the package without a signature if all fields are present and matching his documentation. 2. Visit https://www.purolator.com/assets/pdf/forms/SNR_multiple.pdf, and fill out the provided form. This may then be taken to the Purolator depot (Summit Industrial Sales at 110 South Ave in Spruce Grove) where they will give you a "No Signature Required" sticker to display on your door. With this sticker you will not need to sign for any future deliveries regardless of the sender. *Choosing these options does however waive Meridian Veterinary Clinic's responsibility for damaged (ie. as the result of shipping or any animal or climate activity), lost or stolen products that have been tracked by Purolator as delivered. **Should either of these options fail resulting in your shipment returning to the Purolator depot, (most likely 110 South Ave, Spruce Grove) Purolator will call you to notify you via phone that your package will be held for a maximum of 5 days. If instructed to do so as requested by Purolator, you may ask them to ship to a new location or have it sent to our clinic. Any extra expenses incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser. |
Shipping Cost:
Shipping to the clinic for pick-up is free of charge.
Costs for shipping to another address is dependant upon the size, weight and quantity of the procuct, and determined by Purolator.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and/or quantity of products being ordered. Total shipping charges are automatically calculated upon checkout, before completing your order. If shipping costs are deemed unreasonable, you may change your order to have product shipped to Meridian Veterinary Clinic prior to finalizing purchase.
Shipping Time & Restrictions:
Standard shipping may be deliverable within 1-2 business days. Some restrictions may apply to specific locations. Shipments to rural addresses may exceed the standard shipping delivery window, due to this they may not be available for home delivery.
Products cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or rural addresses.
